Dear Teeth Gods.

I am so sorry to have taken so long to get back to you but I wanted to thank you for Carson's lateral incisors. They both arrived last week and are on their way down. You have no idea how thrilled we all are...especially me! Carson won't let me in his mouth to check them out but I did pry my way in a few times and I do see the outline of the 2 front teeth coming too. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Oh and only my kid would get his incisors before his 2 front teeth, hmmmm.

Also, if you can let your friends the Sleep Gods know that Carson's mommy doesn't like to be woken up at 5 am three days in a row, that would be fantastic. We just need Carson to get back to his normal wake time. Mommy is spoiled and needs her 8 hours.

Dear Carson,

Sorry buddy for taking so long with that teeth order. Our folks up here had a lot of orders to fill recently but I made sure to get your request in as soon as I could. It won’t be too much longer before you’ll be chewing on everything in sight testing out your new chompers.

Now, what’s up with this early AM rising? I’m sure your mommy is pulling her hair out trying to keep you company in the morning.

Take it from me buddy, you’ll learn soon enough that sleep is your best friend and you should get lots of it.

Well, glad to hear those teeth arrived…gotta go.. just received another rush order for 2 front teeth.

Cold day at the park.

So it was pretty cold yesterday (around 45) and sort of windy too but we all bundled up and decided to get out and hit the park for a bit. We were going to go with the neighbors but our schedules didn't mesh so just the 3 of us went. Carson woke up yesterday with a little stomach virus too so I didn't want to be gone long. A great perk of living in the city is that you can walk to the park and be back in 30 minutes!

Here are some pics from yesterday. Carson loves the swings and going down the slide on my lap. He cracks up even getting into position, it's hysterical!

Happy double digits little man.

Carson is 10 months old today!!! I know I say this every month but where oh where has the time gone? It has seriously been the best 10 months of our lives and we are so thankful every single day to be blessed with this little angel. Only 2 more months until the big O N E!!!

I've been told it just keeps on getting better and it is very true. Each and every day and every week we are amazed how smart he is getting. There are truly no words for the love we feel for this little man. Thank you Carson for making mommy so happy.

How big is Carson? Soooooooooo big!!!!

You know that little game right? Of course you do!!! Well when Carson does it, it is just too darn cute so I had to post the video of him hamming it up. Blair has been doing it with him since he was 3 months old and when Duffy (my mom's BF) came to visit for Christmas and asked him how big he was, much to my surprise he raised up his arms in the air! I had no idea he knew how do do it. He has also learned how to high-five so that's also in the video. Yes, you will be happy to know that we are teaching him the important things in life! We are still working on clapping and waving but right now this will have to do.
