I almost forgot to post about Carson's nine month appointment! We went this past week and Carson is thriving and doing great. Our doctor gave us the go ahead to begin table foods and feed him whatever we want minus honey, egg whites, peanuts, and shellfish. I've been experimenting a bit and will take it slow. I am excited for him to try new things as much as I don't want my little baby to grow up!
His stats are:
Weight - 20 lbs 4 oz (up from 18 lbs 12 oz at 6 mo)
Height - 29 1/2 inches (up from 27.5 at 6 mo)
So overall he is right on track!

Response From the Teeth Gods!
So little did I know that my dear friend Towanda is not only my wonderful, sweet, creative co-worker but she is also the Executive Assistant to the Teeth Gods! She was so sweet to respond to our letter today that I had to post it for my family and friends to read. It was just too cute to not post! Thanks T!
Dear Carson,
I’m sorry to hear that you are not feeling well and that you’re two bottom teeth need some company. I’m made a note of your request (from your picture, you look sad and I’m sure Mommy is sad too because she wants you to be a happy baby again).
So, I’m putting in a rush order on those teeth – understand that when I place the order, you may be uncomfortable when you first get them and you may be sad for a little bit longer but when those teeth come in, you’ll be smiling all over town and Mommy will be smiling with you!
So, hang in there buddy! Those teeth are comin right up (and I mean that literally!)…

Dear Teeth Gods.
Please bring my baby his teeth!!! He has been teething for what seems like a month and the two bottom teeth would like some company. So please, we beg you to let the teeth cut through already.
Oh and if you need it, here is a picture of proof that we are in teething hell right now. Rosy chapped cheeks, runny nose, fussy baby, you get the picture.

Happy baby.
Carson is just such a happy baby and I love capturing his infectious smile and laugh! He was having so much fun playing with his Learn & Groove table that Aunt Cara, Uncle Don, Ryan, and Colin got him for Christmas that he was cracking up. He's got some moves too, he is now rocking his body back and forth and up and down to the tune of the music. I'll have to get it on video and post it soon.
